Notable Projects & Achievements

Data support for the “Bad Practice” project. Designed the methodology for an international investigation tracking licensed doctors who continued practicing in other countries after serious misconduct. Processed ~2.5 million records from 51 countries using 42 custom scrapers and dozens of FOIA requests. Uncovered at least 103 confirmed cases of cross-border medical malpractice.

Kyiv City Council Analytical Platform (https://kmr-data.com/). Developed an end-to-end ETL process for analyzing individual municipal voting records.

Data support for the “Dear Compatriots” project. Managed large-scale data leaks, performed advanced data analysis, and network analysis.

  • Mentorship: Kazakhstani journalists under my mentorship won 1st place in the Media Camp Award (2023).
