Biography 

Since 2020 — Private Legal Practice (Attorney-at-Law) Achievements during this period:

• Organized effective legal defense of public interests and community rights in the areas of urban planning, cultural heritage protection, ecology, and land relations;
• Successfully litigated high-profile cases regarding the cancellation of city council decisions, urban planning conditions and restrictions, construction permits, and environmental impact assessment conclusions (including cases related to Mykilska Slobidka and Poshtova Square);
• Represented clients in cases concerning the protection of honor, dignity, and business reputation, as well as in electoral disputes.

From 2019 to 2020 — Head of the Patronage Service for the Acting Head of the National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP).

Since 2018 — Member of the Non-Governmental Organization “Mykilska Slobidka” and member of the Public Union “Association of Bodies of Self-Organization of Population of Kyiv”.

Since 2016 — Pro-bono Assistant-Consultant to A.A. Shapoval, Member of the Kyiv City Council.

From 2015 to 2019 — Assistant-Consultant to N.V. Novak, Member of Parliament of Ukraine.

In 2015 — Deputy Head of the Department – Head of the Division of Legal Expertise of Draft Decisions of the Kyiv City Council within the Legal Support Department of the Kyiv City Council.

From 2012 to 2015 — Pro-bono Assistant-Consultant to N.V. Novak, Member of Parliament of Ukraine.

From 2008 to 2014 — Chief Specialist of the Division for Work with Deputy Factions and Groups within the Secretariat of the Kyiv City Council.

From 2005 to 2008 — Chief Specialist, Deputy Head of the Department – Head of the Division of Legal Expertise within the Legal Support Department of the Secretariat of the Kyiv City Council.

From 1995 to 2005 — Court Hearing Secretary (Clerk) in district courts of Kyiv (Radianskyi, Shevchenkivskyi, Sviatoshynskyi, Pecherskyi).
