Biography

Since 2024, she has been a Executive Director of the civic initiative “Holka” 

During this time we managed to:

  • design a project and sign a grant agreement with The European Endowment for Democracy (EED) for over 5 million UAH to develop theNetwork of Active Citizens, which a year later received significantly greater support — over 7.3 million UAH from EED for its continuation. The Network covers 6 regions and the city of Kyiv.
  • To engage The National Endowment for Democracy (NED) as a partner, which supported the project REchargeUA is in your power, created and launched with the support of the Ukrainian people. Holka signed an agreement worth nearly UAH 4 million to further develop the project.
  • Successfully advocated at the government level for lifting the travel ban on female members of local councils to strengthen the country’s diplomatic front.

 

Since, 2022 she has been a coach at the International Professional Association of Coaches and Trainers (IPACT), Transformational Development Consultant; since 2025 — a lecturer at the Institute for War and Peace Reporting (IWPR).

From  2022 to 2024, she was a property risks underwriter at JSC “IC “INGO”

During this time we managed to:

  • conduct underwriting of property risks in the corporate segment of direct and inward reinsurance;
  • participate in the development of new and improvement of existing company products.

From 2020 to 2022, project manager for working with international insurance companies and insurance brokers at PJSC “IC “INGO”

During this time we managed to:

  • establish partnership relationships with key intermediaries in the insurance market.
  • facilitate collaboration with new partners.
  • achieve systematic fulfillment of sales targets.
  • foster effective exchange of experience and knowledge within the department.
  • improve communication with company departments.
  • participate in the development and implementation of the company’s information and analytical system.
In 2016, elected as a deputy of the Kotsiubynske Village Council as an independent candidate from a team nominated by the community at a public assembly.
In 2020 re-elected by the community local elections. The term is still ongoing.

During this time we managed to:

  • participated in an advocacy campaign to return strategic assets — boilers — to the ownership of the Kotsiubynske community.
  • formed the list of candidates for the 2020 local elections and conducted a pre-election campaign, resulting in the party team taking second place in the region among nearly 70 communities.
  • prevented the closure of the community’s music school by involving the media and the President of Ukraine’s Commissioner for Children’s Rights.
  • became a columnist for the “Hromada Pryirpinnia” website and the “Hromada Kotsiubynskoho” newspaper — socio-political media where every active resident could engage in citizen journalism.

From 2007 to 2020, Head of the Multi-Agent Sales Department at PJSC “Allianz Ukraine” (head office — Munich, Germany)

During this time we managed to:

  • master all types of insurance and products offered by the company.
  • advance from a specialist to the head of the department.
  • participate in the development of new products for the Ukrainian insurance market.
  • establish partnership communication with the largest intermediaries in the insurance market.

From 2006 to 2007, lecturer of economics at the Irpin Economic College of the National Agrarian University

During this time we managed to:

  • develop an original lecture course titled “Enterprise Economics”.
  • create methodological materials for the discipline for students in distance learning.
  • participate in the development of programs for industrial and pre-diploma internships.
  • take on the role of academic group supervisor.
