Biography
Since 2023, Analyst of the public initiative “Holka”:
- Anti-corruption expertise
- Urban planning reform
- Protection of cultural heritage
- Specifics of local self-government
Since 2012, Expert in urban planning.
During this time, it was possible to:
- Become a leading analyst with anti-corruption expertise at “Dzerkalo Tyzhnia” and collaborate with the editorial offices of “Nashi Hroshi,” “Glavkom,” “Livyi Bereh,” and other media outlets.
- Participate in a nationwide advocacy campaign to block the urban planning “reform” 5655, later criticized by the European Parliament and the European Commission; provide the government with an analysis of the provisions of this legislative initiative regarding its harmful impact on cultural heritage. Also, conduct an anti-corruption analysis of draft law 9664, related to construction on water and coastal areas.
- Conduct anti-corruption expertise of draft laws and Cabinet of Ministers resolutions and strategic analysis of corruption risks in urban planning for the National Agency on Corruption Prevention (including through the USAID Support to Anti-Corruption Champion Institutions (SACCI) Program in Ukraine) in 2021-2022.
- Participate in the development of the Concept of Public Administration in Urban Planning with the support of GIZ (responsible for anti-corruption expertise and mutual agreement of expert proposals in 2018).
From 2017 to 2019 Lecturer at the Institute for Regional Press Development and “Nashi Hroshi.”
During this time:
- develop an original course on the specifics of conducting research in urban planning and land management
