Creative Workshop “Ministry of Magic”
“Holka” considers representatives from various sectors who share our values as team members.
The Leadership Workshop helps develop personal brands as well as the brands of organizations and institutions across different sectors, as the agency of our country depends on the agency of each of us and the influence of our organizations.
Our Lecturers:
- Iryna Fedoriv – facilitator (strategic sessions, communication strategies, brand strategies), lecturer, and communications specialist
- Margarita Sytnyk – lecturer and communications specialist
- Olena Sokotiuk – lecturer and coach
“Holka” representatives conduct strategic and leadership sessions and deliver lectures aimed at reshaping thinking patterns to foster societal development:
- Leadership vs. Management (types of leadership, how to apply them to develop teams and organizations, how to build teamwork and partnerships, how to shape organizational values and mission)
- Personal and Organizational Brand Development (collaborating with media, brand archetypes, choosing a logo that aligns with the mission)
- Communication Strategy and Brand Tone of Voice (key components of a communication strategy, partnership development, branding, and positioning in the information space)
- Managing Social Media and Cross-Sector Collaboration (how civic organizations can cooperate with other NGOs, media, and politicians to enhance project activities and personal branding)
- Political Passport of a Community (how to develop and use it)
- Public Speaking Skills (how to prepare for speeches and interviews, ensuring clarity and impact)
- Powers of National and Local Deputies (how civic organizations can engage politicians in advocacy and influence decision-making)
- Advocacy Campaign Design and Effective Government Relations (GR) (how to unite NGOs, media, politicians, and businesses to shape policies)

Kateryna Laba
Project Manager, Institute for War and Peace Reporting
This year we got to know the energetic and values-driven “Holka”. Iryna Fedoriv became a speaker at our Forum. “Holka” also conducted a leadership and advocacy training with IWPR for watchdog organizations. Iryna Fedoriv is a master of motivation, an enthusiast in promoting democratic values, and a source of brilliant advocacy lifehacks, which she delivers with unmatched humor and through her own examples. I couldn’t resist and presented her with a nomination — “My Inspiration of the Year” — during the training. Her colleagues also inspired both participants and organizers.
When there are more such values-oriented and professional organizations and their leaders who stand up for improving the terms of the social contract, we will not be lost as a country.

Kateryna Ivanchenko
Program Manager at the International Republican Institute (IRI)
Iryna Fedoriv has been an IRI trainer for six years. She has a unique ability to explain complex things in a simple way and to motivate others. Iryna is open to new approaches, adapts the program to the audience, and, as a moderator, actively engages participants in discussions. She also uses interactive methods effectively, which helps participants absorb the material better.
We have received only positive feedback about her work, as she is a highly qualified trainer who makes a significant contribution to the implementation of IRI programs and supports the improvement of participants’ knowledge and skills, as well as the development of democratic processes in Ukraine.

Our team has planned a strategic session. Previously, I attended a U-Act network event where representatives from more than 20 organizations worked together on a strategy for the association. The session was facilitated by Iryna Fedoriv. Her energy, enthusiasm, and ability to engage the audience, combined with exceptional professionalism, help the team stay focused and deeply immerse themselves in discussions on strategic development. I would especially like to highlight the dedication with which Iryna works. She carried out extensive preparatory work and ensured the team was well-prepared before the strategic session began. Moreover, she continued to support our team in developing other policies, going beyond the initial scope of the strategic session. Iryna puts her heart into every team she works with—we felt this immediately, and we are incredibly happy with our experience of working together!

Head of the Center for Innovation Development
The Center for Innovation Development had an incredibly valuable experience collaborating with Iryna Fedoriv during our strategic session. Even at the preparation stage, through in-depth interviews with each team member, we realized that we were working with an expert who deeply understands the needs of organizational development.
Thanks to thorough preparation and a professionally designed session, we were able to clearly define our organization's vision, mission, and values. Iryna approached the session preparation with great responsibility and created all the necessary conditions for effective teamwork. Her internal motivation, drive, and ability to keep the team engaged, combined with her high level of professionalism, helped us stay focused and work meaningfully through key issues.
We also highly appreciate that our collaboration with Iryna did not end after the session—she continues to support us in developing internal policies and other critical processes. Iryna puts her heart into everything she does, and this is evident from the very first moments of interaction.
We are sincerely grateful for this collaboration and are happy to recommend Iryna to anyone seeking high-quality support in strategic development. In fact, we have already booked our next strategic session!

The leadership training from Holka truly impressed me. After 10 years in the civil society sector, I finally got what I really needed. It became much easier for me to work with delegation, and most importantly — I gained an entirely new perspective on the roles within our small team. I definitely recommend Holka, especially to those who value and uphold strong principles.

The “Holka” team has well-developed expertise, experience, and a strong track record of successfully implemented projects where media visibility and advocacy are key components. It is extremely important when lectures on advocacy and leadership are delivered by practitioners who have real, successful outcomes behind them. For me, such an example is the advocacy campaign to protect the Bilichanskyi Forest, which was safeguarded by a presidential decree and has now been granted national park status.
People who enter the civic sector usually have strong values and a desire to change an established system that often fails to protect either cultural or natural heritage. However, these citizens often lack systematic approaches and long-term strategies for advocating specific cases. The “Holka” Leadership Workshop provides essential knowledge and useful tools both for newly established civil society organizations and for activists who want to strengthen their advocacy campaigns, achieve success, and leave behind lasting, irreversible change.
