The village head, who placed “Masha and the Bear” under the Christmas tree, does not feed the children of war veterans.

Remember the scandal before the New Year: the village head of Kotsiubynske put “Masha and the Bear” and additionally a “Snow Maiden in a kokoshnik” under the Christmas tree? That was Serhiy Danish (“Servant of the People”), a protégé of Dubinsky.

Then, in a comment to “Ukrainska Pravda” journalists, he said:

“Masha and the Bear” can be seen just as a bear and a girl. There were no subtexts. But I have already ordered it to be painted over, as they are inflating a “betrayal”… And as for Grandfather Frost… It’s not him, it’s Saint Nicholas!”.

So, this story has a sequel.

After the New Year, in the parents’ chats of the school, as Danish says, they are inflating a “betrayal”. There will be no free meals for children with IDP, war veteran, mobilized, or affected status. This is what the parents are writing about.

Vladyslav Zhuravel stood up for the voters. He is known by the call sign “Nardep” (Member of Parliament). Although he is a member of the village council (UDAR party), in the army, his comrades call him by this nickname because he has been on the front lines defending the Pryirpinnya region since the first days of the conflict. He writes that his child was also denied meals from the New Year and shares this information with fellow villagers from the combat zone. This means he has to fight on two fronts – both against the enemy and against the council members, with whom he is in opposition.

The parliamentary majority in the Kotsiubynske council indeed voted for a free meal program that does not include meals for children with special needs (UBD) just before the New Year. The program was supported by the “Servant of the People,” the European Solidarity (ES), and “New Faces” parties.

Why did such an alliance occur between “Servants of the People” and ES, which do not cooperate in parliament? It’s quite simple. During the local elections in 2020, parliamentary parties do not give away their franchises for free. Everyone already knows that Dubinsky inserted his canned goods into the “Servant of the People.” The ES also was building its brand in the region under the former mayor of Irpin, developer Volodymyr Karpliuk. That’s how it happens.

For children’s meals in the town, where there are two schools, they allocated 2.7 million per year, considering that 900 thousand will go to diplomas and various representative expenses and other such costs.

Well, of course, we won’t count the booklets, but the children will eat their food. It’s harder to make a profit here.

But Danisch just can’t do without diplomas. If they’re not there, where will you get a politician during a war photo shoot? For several years now, we have had the nomination “the best people of the village.” Among them are already deputies of the “Servant of the People,” Andriy Klochko, and Oleksandr Horobets.

The medals were awarded by Sergiy Danish… “For the defense of Kotsiubynske” (the rear enclave of the capital). By the way, the government allocated funds to us, the “deoccupied” community (never under occupation for a single day). If artillery from Irpin reached us in March 2022, then no one replaced the broken windows in my entrance for almost 2 years. But we have funds for diplomas and promotional “awards” for the second year in a row.

After I wrote a blog about these “awards” on “Censor” a year ago, some “public organization” filed a complaint against me with the police. I had a conversation with them because this organization “supervises and controls journalistic activities.” 🙂 If you tell them what is happening in our region, they won’t believe it…

MP Horobets is a delicate nature, he even sued me. The deputy can’t handle criticism from voters. He sues in search of protection of honor and dignity.

Those who follow what is happening in the town know well who Sergiy Danish is, who will put “Masha and the Bear” under the Christmas tree and who has money for diplomas but not for children with special needs.

Danish:

📌 Has an order from Moscow priests and ignored protests from the community regarding the ban on the activities of the Moscow Patriarchate in the town.

📌 His VIP agitator was an educator-corrector Dushkina, who fled to Russia. She organized videos of children without their parents’ permission to record a birthday greeting video to Sergiy Danish. Quite a Soviet approach.

📌 In the electoral list of “New Faces” for the Kotsiubynske town council (a party previously represented by Danish), there was a mother of a priest from the Moscow Patriarchate. Interestingly, funds from the town’s budget were allocated for Easter decoration only to one religious community – the Moscow Patriarchate.

📌 Involved in the embezzlement of the Bilichansk forest – received a plot, and later the court canceled the ownership right to this plot.

And a few years ago, on the town’s day, something unheard of happened here. The slab that was in place before the monument to the fallen soldiers appeared was polished, and instead of the trident, it already stood with a symbol from the Ice Age.

They reported that this is a photo zone for children. The community stood up – they quickly cleaned it up.

And one single question arises. There is a political council of the “Servant of the People” party. They can recall such politicians. At least in the last days of the old year, they recalled 5 deputies from the regional council. They were Dubinsky’s conserves. But there are more of these conserves than 5. The list of others is publicly available, and politicians from the Kyiv region can be added to it.

Why haven’t they recalled Danish and his deputies yet? The same question is not only for the “Servants” but also for the European Solidarity. Their deputies in the Kotsiubynske town council systematically vote against the interests of the community.

Asking questions to the “New Faces” is useless. There, the party leader is Volodymyr Karplyuk. It took months of pressure on him to get rid of Loboda, a deputy who is the mother of a singer and brought a cake to Russian propagandists on air. Then voters at the sessions heard that Karplyuk understands Loboda’s actions because she is a “mom”…

After the publication of the civic initiative “Holka,” People’s Deputy Vitaliy Bezgin (“Servant of the People”) turned to the head of the regional state administration Ruslan Kravchenko and the village head demanding a review of the budget program. From the next day, children with special needs started to be fed again.
