Biography
Zinoviy Andriiovych is a Member of Parliament of Ukraine of the 9th convocation and the Mayor of Nadvirna, Ivano-Frankivsk region. He entered parliament in 2019 representing the “Servant of the People” party (district #87, Ivano-Frankivsk region) and joined the Committee on Environmental Policy and Nature Management. In November 2020, he left the “Servant of the People” parliamentary faction. He initially resigned as Mayor of Nadvirna upon his election as an MP, but later resigned his parliamentary mandate to be re-elected Mayor of Nadvirna in 2020.
In parliament, he was noted for signing motions for the dismissal of Prosecutor General Ruslan Riaboshapka and Minister of Internal Affairs Arsen Avakov.

2025
Following the collapse of a building at an abandoned boarding school, he called on the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional Council to allocate funds for the demolition of the destroyed structure. Additionally, Andriiovych appealed to the Regional Council to transfer the property complex, which includes the abandoned boarding school, Nadvirna Lyceum #4, and Gymnasium #1, to the ownership of the Nadvirna territorial community. The Mayor noted that this was the second time the boarding school building had collapsed, accusing the Regional Council of improperly managing communal property.
At the General Meeting of the Ivano-Frankivsk regional branch of the Association of Ukrainian Cities, he spoke negatively about draft law #4298, “On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine ‘On Local State Administrations’ and certain other legislative acts of Ukraine regarding the reform of the territorial organization of executive power in Ukraine.” The Mayor of Nadvirna criticized provisions that would allow the suspension of local government decisions without a court order.
2023
Following a pipeline rupture in the Nadvirna district, which injured nine people, caused property damage, and resulted in oil products leaking into the Strymba River, Zinoviy Andriiovych dismissed theories of external interference in the pipeline and announced that assistance would be provided to the affected households.
2020
Became Mayor of Nadvirna, nominated by the “Servant of the People” party. He won in the first round and subsequently resigned as a Member of Parliament. Following his resignation, by-elections were held in district #87. After lengthy court proceedings, the Central Election Commission declared Vasyl Virastyuk the winner, despite reports of significant violations and fraud during the election process.
2019
Elected to parliament representing “Servant of the People” (district #87, Ivano-Frankivsk region) and joined the Committee on Environmental Policy and Nature Management. He resigned as Mayor of Nadvirna due to his election to parliament.
2015
Elected Mayor of Nadvirna for a third term, running as an independent candidate.
2010
Elected Mayor of Nadvirna for a second term, running as a candidate from the “Ukrainian People’s Party.”
