The Police Will Investigate the Forgery of an Appeal from Fedoriv Concerning Activist Evasion of Mobilization
The National Police of the Kyiv region will investigate the forgery of a submission to the State Bureau of Investigations (CBI) allegedly made in the name of Iryna Fedoriv, who leads the civic initiative “Holka“. In March, a demand was sent to the CBI to verify the work of the Vinnytsia Territorial Recruitment Center and the representative of the CHESNO Movement, Oleksandr Salizhenko, who was purportedly accused of evasion.
The police will investigate the possible involvement of lawyer Rostyslav Kravets in this incident. According to the response from the territorial office of the State Bureau of Investigations in Khmelnytskyi to Fedoriv’s inquiry:
“Meanwhile, in order to establish specific circumstances that may indicate possible unlawful actions by lawyer Kravets R.Yu., I am sending the notification from Fedoriv I.P. regarding a criminal offense dated April 29, 2029, to the main department of the National Police in the Kyiv region… The submission was received from the email address i.fedoriv1984@gmail.com.”

Fake letter allegedly from Iryna Fedoriv requesting the verification of the Territorial Recruitment Center representative from the civil sector
But Kravets’ Telegram channel wasn’t the only thing. The Kremlin network mobilized not only on Telegram. In early March, a massive fake campaign began. This included sites like “Law and Business,” associated with Andriy Portnov.
Just to remind, the Kremlin network of Telegram channels, which discredit judicial reform, honest judges, and public figures, includes channels of Rostyslav Kravets, Oleksandr Dubinskyi, Maksym Buzhanskyi, Andriy Portnov, and several other anonymous channels.
In the spring, a bill was registered in parliament that could affect the operations of Telegram, Viber, Facebook, and other social networks (Bill No. 11115). Mykola Knyazhytskyi (European Solidarity) submitted this bill, with co-authors including Mykita Poturayev, Chair of the Committee on Legal and Information Policy (Servant of the People), and Yaroslav Yurchyshyn, Chair of the Committee on Freedom of Speech (Holos).
